1 RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING SANITARY SEVER IMPROVEMIT 150.
WHIMEAS, the City Commission at a meeting held as
3:00 o'elook P. M., September 21, 1925, after legal
notioe, heetd all objeotions presented by interested
persons to the confirmation of the resolution ordering
Sanitary Sewer Improvement 150, and the plans, speoifi-
cations and estimate of post thereof, and no objection
was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2095, adopted
August 17th, 1925, ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement
150, be, and the same is hereby, oonfirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of September, 1. D.
