ORDERING SANITARY szwER IMPROVEMENT' 1484
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at
3:00 o'olook P. M., September 21st, 1925, after legal notices,
heard all objeotionm presented by interested persons to the
confirmation of the resolution ordering Sanitary Sewer
provement 148, and the plans, specifications and estimate
of oost thereof, and no objeotion was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OP THE .
CITY OF WAMT: That Resolution No. 2093, adopted August l7th,
1925, ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 148, be, and the
same is hereby, confirmed..
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of September, A. D.
1925.
