YEAS, the City Commission at a meeting
at 3:00 o'oloek P. M., September 21st, 1925, after.
legal notice, heard all objections presented by in-
terested persons to the confirmation of the resolution .
ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 147, and the plans,
specifications and estimate of cost thereof, and no ob-
jection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2092, adopted
August 17th, 1925, ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement
147, be, and the same is hereby, confirmed.
PASSED MID ADOPTED this 29th day of September, A. D.
1925.
