1: That all resolutions adopted and procedure taken

in Sewer Improvement No. 146, be, and the same are hereby, can -
Gelled and repealed.
2: That all pending liens against property abutting
the said improvement and liable for assessment of the ooet of
said improvement be, and the same are hereby, cancelled.
