BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY 0P MAMI:
1: That all resolutions adopted and prooedure
in Sewer Improvements Sr-140 to Sr-144, both inclusive, be.
and the same are hereby, oanoelled and repealed.
2: That all pendings lines against property abutting
said improvements and liable for assessment of the cost of the
said improvements be, and the same are hereby, cancelled.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of September, A. D., 1925.
