RESOLUTION NO. 2163.
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMI7G THE PRELIMINARY ASSNS.,
MENT ROLLS FOR SIDEWALK IMPROVE:aENTS 52, 53 AND
54.
WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida,
met on the 28th day of September, 1925, pursuant to the notice
of said meeting under Seotion 56, City Charter, to hear all
written ob jeotions to the confirmation of the preliminary
assessment rolls for the cost of work in Sidewalk Improvements
52, 53 and 54, by any person whose property is described in
said roll, and
WHEREAS, the Commission having received no written objec-
tions to the oonfirmation of the said Assessment Rolls, and
WHEREAS, the said assessment rolls appearing in all respects
regular and in accordance with the requirements and provisions
of the City Charter,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMIiISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAM,'II:
1: That the Prima Facie assessments, as apportioned and
indicated in said Preliminary Assessment Rolls be, and they are
hereby, in all things, confirmed and sustained against any and
all lots or parcels of ground described thwvein.
2: That the sums and amounts against each of the lots or
parcels of ground in said Preliminary Assessment rolls are less
than the an»unt that each of said lots or parcels of ground is
pecially benefited by said improvement and that such amounts
re in proportion to the special benefits that the property re-
oeived and that the proportion of said costs to be paid by said

Ciity of Miami on account of Highway intersections is the sum

3: That the total cost of the said improvements in the
