NIORWAY IMPROVEMENT 272.
WEEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at
3:00 o'clock P. M., Sep to tuber 21, 1925, after legal notice,
heard all objections presented by interested persons to the
oonfirmation of the resolution ordering Highway Improvement
272, and the plans, speoifioations and estimate of poet there-
of, and no objection was sustained,
NOW, TNFBFFOBE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2117, adopted August
31, 1925, ordering Highway Improvement 272, be, and the same is
hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, A. D.,
1925,.
