A RESOLUTION OONFXRMINC THE RESOLUTION
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT 2 ?
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting hold at:.
8:00 o'olook P. M., September 21, 1925, after legal notice,
heard all objections presented by interested persons to the
confirmation of the resolution ordering Highway Improvement
271, and the plans, speoifioations and estimate of oust there-
of, and no objection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2116, adopted August
31, 1925, ordering Highway Improvement 271, be, and the same is
hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2 lst day of September, A. D.,
1925.
