WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held,
3:00 o'clock P. L, September 21, 1925, after legal notice', .
heard all objeotions presented by interested persons to the
confirmation of the resolution ordering Highway Improvement
270, and the plans, speoificatione and estimate of cost there
of, and no objeotion was sustained.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2115, adopted August
31, 1925, ordering Highway Improvement 270 be, andthe same is
hereby, confirmed.
