A RESOLUTION OANOELLING OERTAIN ASSESUENTB 'AND
PENDING LIENS AGAINST PROPERTY ABUTTING ON SENN$
IMPROVEMENT PROPOSED ON N. W. 11TH TERRACE.
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service and City Manager.
have recommended that the sewers ordered laid on N.W. filth Terraoe,
between N. W. 6th and N. W. 7th Avenue, but not laid at this time*
and
WHEREAS, it is neoessary and proper that the pending
liens and assessments against the property abutting upon the proposed
improvement be cancelled,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CdISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That all assessments and pending liens for sewer
improvements against property abutting on N. W. llth Terrace be-
tween N. W. 6th and N. W. 7th Avenue, ordered by Resolution No.
1771, be, and the same are hereby, cancelled.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, A. D. 1925.
