A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OP JOHN J. QUINN
comma POR SEWER CONSTRUCTION INCLUDED IN CITY
SEWER CONTRACT 49 AND AUTHORIZING THE IOLSCUTION
OF CONTRACT POE THE WORK.
WHEREAS, the Direotor of Public Service reports thst,
upon tabulation of the bids received August 31st, 1925, for the
construction of sewers included under City flower Contraot $r. 4T
it appears that John J. Quinn Company submitted the lowest and
best bid for the work, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reoommended that Contraot
for the work be awarded to said Joan J. Quinn Company,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI:
1: That the bid of John J. Quinn Company for construc-
tion of sewers included in City Sewer Contract 6r. 49 at and for
the unit prioes set forth in their said bid submitted August 31st,
1925, be, and the same is hereby, accepted and contract awarded
to eaid Company.
2: That the city Manager be, and ne is hereby, authorized
and direotad to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Miami,
a contract with the said John J. Q,uinn Company for the said sewer
work.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, A. 1D., 1925.
