for Dredging, Filling, Bulkheading and. Whavfing Construotion
at Virginia Key for Miami Real Estate Company", marked Sheet
1 of 4, in the opinion of the Commissioners of said City fits
into the scheme of general improvement of Miami Harbor and
will be in harmony with future development, and the proposed
development is hereby approved.
