Casey, who is a recognized authority in matters of this kind,.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI: That the City Commission of the City of Miami hereby ex-
tends its thanks and appreciation to the Mayor and City Authoritiest
of the City of New Orleans for delegating Captain Casey to Ltiami
for the purpose of aking a survey and recommendations in connection
with the Police and traffic conditions in Miami.
