ING THE RETURN OF CHECKS AND BID BONDS OF MUCOUS,
FUL BIDDERS.
WHEREAS, on the 31st day of August the °Ommieeion, after
due publication of notices, reoelved bids for the construction
of certain sidewalks in Sidewalk Improvement Districts SX-58 to
SK-62, inclusive, and
WHR;AS, the acting City Manager has reported the result
of tabulation of the bids received for the work and recommended
that George E. Bunnell be awarded contract for all the work in
the Districts above set forth.

CITY OF MIAMI:
1: That the bid of .leorge E. Bunnell for sidewalks in
Sidewalk Improvement 4istricts Si`-58 to ate'-62, inclusive, at
and for the unit prices set forth in his said bid submitted
August 31st, 1925, be, and the same is hereb::, accepted, and con-
tract awarded to said leorge Bunnell.
2: Tha t the noting City :tanager be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to execute, for and on behalf of the
City of Miami, a contract vith said George E. Bunnell for the
said sidewalk work_.
3: That the City Clerk is i._reby directed tozeturn the certi-
fied ehecae or bias bond, of the uneucceee. ul bidders which
aceo:n?auied their respective bids.
