BB IT BESOIVED BY THE OOMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMIt
That a 1ooal improvement described and , designate
as follows shall be made under Section 56, City Charters
Improvement H-272 ae follows:
South side of Center line only on N. E. 38th
from N. Miami Avenue to tiami Court, and from N. E
to N. E. 2nd Avenue;
Grading 12.5 feet wide;
Constructing a concrete curb 6 inches wide and 12
inches deep and a ooncrete gutter 18 inohes wide and 7* inches
deep on the south side only, except that where suitable curb
and gutter to proper line and grade are already in place the
construction of a new ourb and gutter will be omitted and credit
will be given;
Laying a pavement of Oil Macadam upon a foundation
of local pit rook not less than 6 inches thick on the south side
of the center line of the street extending 12.5' wide. Providing
necessary drainage inlets, catch -basins and manholes for sewers.
The property against which special assessments for the
cost thereof shall be :aade is hereby designated District H-272.
