Grading between ourba;
bonstruoting a concrete ourb 6. inches wide and 14
inches deep and a concrete gutter 18 inches wide and 7* inches
deep on both sides of the street, except that where suitable
curb and gutter to proper line and grade are already in place
the construction of a new curb and gutter will be omitted and
credit will be given;
Laying a pavement of Oil macadam upon a foundation
of local pit rock not less than 6 inches thick, all being 29 feet
wide and extending from curb to curb. Providing necessary
drainage inlets, catch -basins and manholes for sewers. The
property against which speoial assessments shall be made ie
hereby designated District H-271.
