A RESOLUTION ORTSEING LOCAL IMTEDVEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE °OMISSION OP THE CITY OP MIAMI:
That a local improvement described and designate
follows shall be made under Section 56, City °halter:
improvement H-270 as follows:
On N.E. 2nd Avelue, from H.E. 36th Street to 4.
Street.
Grading between ourbs;
Conetruoting a ocnorete curb 6 inches wide and It
indhes deep and a concrete gutter 18 inches wide and 7j indhes
deep on both sides of the street, except that where suitable
curb and gutter to proper line and grade are already in place
the construction of a new curb and gutter will be omitted and
credit will be given;
Laying a pavement of Kentucky Rock Asphalt 34 inches
thick upon a foundation of local pit rock not less than Si.
inches thick, all being 40 feet wide and extending from curb
to curb. Providing necessary drainage inlets, catch -basins and
manholes for sewers.
The property against which soeoial assessments for the
cost thereof shall be made is hereby designated District H-270.
