BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CC MISSION Off' THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That a local improvement described and designated: 8B
follows shall be made under Section 56, City Charter:
Improvement H-269 as follows:
N. E. lst Avenue, from N.E. 36th Street to N.R. 08th
Street.
Grading between curbs;
Constructing a concrete curb 6 inches wide and 14 inches
deep and a concrete gutter 18 inches wide and 7* inohes deep on
both sides of the street, except that where suitable curb and
gutter to proper line and grade are already in place the construc-
tion of a new curb and gutter will be omitted and credit will be
given;
Laying a pavement of:
Kentucky Rock Asphalt 1 inches thick upon a foundation
of local pit rock not less than 9 - inches thick, all being 44 feet wide
and extending from curb to curb. Providing necessary drainage in-
lets, oatchbasins and nmholes for sewers. The property against
which special assessments for the cost thereof shall be made is
hereby designated moist. 11-269.
