WHEREAS, the City of Miami is desirous of Obtaining t
North 25 feet of Lots 17, 18 and 19 of Block 17 North for: muni'o
p
pal track purposes, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the said lots has requested the
City to propose an equitable price for North 26 feet of said lotse
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF =AMI: That in view of the benefits to be derived from
the extension of the municipal tracks along and abutting the said
property it is the opinion and belief of the Commission that such
extension of track facilities would be fair and equitable considera-
tion for the North 25 feet of Lots 17, 18 and 19 of Block 17 North.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of August, A. D., 1925.
