BUII♦DING PERMIT TO F IOR IDA FOOD PURVEYORS, INC.10
THE ERECTION OF A WAREHOUSE.
WHEREAS, by an amendment to the City Building Code, it :fe :
provided that in the construction of buildings covering greater
proportion of lot area than is provided for in Section 10 of said
Building Code, it shall be necessary to submit plans and specifi-
cations for suoh building to the Building Inspector and the
i)ireotor of Public Service for examination, upon greater reoommen-
dation from said officials, the City Commission may authorise the
issuance of a special building permit, and
4HE EAS, Florida Food Purveyors, Inc., .has submitted
plans and specifications for the erection of a warehouse to be
located ou Lot 27, Halcyon Heights, to cover 95ro of lot area, and
aH:h AS, the Buildigg Inspector has submitted his written
approval of the plane and specifications for said building.
NOW, TH✓ ICRE , BE IT RESOLVES BY THE COM ZISSION OF THE
CITY OF i_T4'.H: That the building inspeotor, be, and he is hereby,
authorized and direoted to issue a special building permit to
'1orida Food Purveyors, Inc. for the erection and construction
of the said warehouse.
