SERVIOB TO APPLY TO THE WARDEPARTMENT .tO$
TO CONSTRUCT BRIDGES ACROSS TO MIA3
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City, of _Mies# r :C
two additional bridges aoross the Miami River in order.,to'r
lieve traffic congestion, and
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable, to construct one of sa
bridges aoross the Miami River at NW l2th Avenue in said City;
the other across the Miami River at NW 2nd Street,
NOW, THEIFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE OMISSION OF TA8_
CITY OF MIAMI : That the Direotor of Public Service be ,and he is
hereby, authorized and directed to make application to the War
Department for permit to construct a bridge aoross the Miami River
at N.W. 12th Avenue and for permit to construct a bridge across
the Miami ::aver at N.W. 2nd Street.
PASSED Aim ADOPTED this 24th day of August A.D.. 1925..
