BUILDING PINIT TO C. R. BRELSPOED UPON T'I 1
SET FORTH HEREIN.
WHEREAS, C. R. Breleford has applied to the Ctty
Miami for a permit allowing him to ereot one frame bn ,ldi.lig.t
Lot Six (6) of Blook Ten (10) South, City of Miami, being in
read of No. 532 Northwest First Street, and
WHERE&, the location of the said building as set forth ab0
is within the Fire District of the City of Miami as set forth
and defined in an ordinance adopted by the Commission on the loth
day of August, 1925, and
«HEREAS. said C. R. Breleford has filed a Surety Bond in the
amount of 11,500.00 conditioned for the removal of the said build-
ing immediately after May 1, 1926,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE CO USSION OF THE
CITY OF 1MIAMI: That the Building Inspector be, and he is hereby,
authorized and direoted to issue to C. R. Breleford a Special Build-
ing Permit for the erection and construction of a frame building
on Lot Six (6) of Block 'hen (10) South., City of Miami, upon the
condition and with the understanding that the said building so
erected and constructed shall be removed by said C. R. Breleford
immediately after MaK- 1, 1925, as set forth in said surety bond.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of August A.D., 1925.
