A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH TO
IMPROVE THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY IN LIAMI BEACH UPON WHICH
SAID PROPERTY THE CITY OF MIAMI HAS A PERPETUAL EASEMENT
FOR PUBLIC DOCK PURPOSES, UPON CERTAIN CONDITIONS AND
LIMITATIONS HEREINAFTER SET FORTH.

WHEREAS, Dade County owns Lots 43 to 52 inclusive of
Block 111, of Ocean Beach Addition, No. 3, in Township 54 South,
Range 42 East, as recorded in Plat Book 2, page 81 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, in consideration of allowing said Dade County
to construct a causeway over and upon a strip of land 215 feet in
width, which land was acquired by the City of Miami from the
Trustees of the Internal Improvement Funds, it is understood and
agreed that the City of Miami shall have a perpetual easement
for public dock purposes covering one-half of the above strip of
land above described; and
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach is desirous of using
and improving a portion of the above described property which is
owned by Dade County, to which the City of Miami has a perpetual
easement to use one-half of same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CO1.lTISSION OF THE
CITY OF IM:Ihi.fl: That the City of Miami does hereby authorize the
City of i.:iarni Beach to use that certain portion to which the said
City of Miami has a perpetual easement, as shown by the terms and
conditions of that certain agre_ment by and between the City of
Miami with Dade County which agreement is recorded in Deed. Book
160, at page 10 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, in
Lots 43 to 52, inclusive, of Block 111, of Ocean Beach Addition,
No. 3, in Township 54 South, Range 42 East, as recorded in flat
Bnok, 2, pace 61 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
provided, however, that the said City of Miami Beach enter into
an agreement with the City of Miami to first submit all plans
and specifications as to the construction: of any dock or improve-
ment to the Director of Public Service of the City of Miami, for
