A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
ACTING CITY MANAGER TO SECURE THE SERVICES OP,,
QUALIFIED EXPERTS TO MAKE SURVEYS OF T. POLIO
AND SANITARY DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS, due to the large inorease in population of the
City of Miami and the congested condition of the City it is the
sense of the Commission that the City should have a surrey made
of the Police and Sanitary Departments of the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That the Acting City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorised and directed, to secure the servioes of qualified
experts to make a survey of the Police and Sanitary Departments.
