DISTRICT Sr-152 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. Sr-152
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami:
That a local improvement described and designated as follows.
shall be made under Section 56, City Charter:
1n 8" T.C. Sanitary Sewer on the center line of NE Miami
Court, from NE 17th St.to NE 17th Terrace; and one on the center
line of NE 17th Terrace, from N.Miami Avenue to NE 1st Avenue.
Necessary manholes and Appurtenances.
Relaying street and sidewalk pavements and curb and gutter where
such relaying is made necessary by the improvement; and 94 lineal
feet of 4" C.I. and 432 lineal feet of 6r T.C. Lateral Connections,,
to the following property:
SEITTER ADDITION --LOTS 1,2, E.25' of Lot 3,W.25' Lot 3,
E.25'Lot 4,W.25' Lot 4, Lots 5 to 13
inclusive, and Lot 16.
