BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami;
That a looal improvement described and designated as follows
shall be made under Section 56, City Charter:

Necessary manholes and appurtenances.
Relaying street and sidewalk pavement and curb and gutter,
where such relaying is made necessary by the improvement,
