A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
BUILDING INSPECTOR OF THE CITY OF MIAMI TO
ISSUE A SPECIAL PERMIT TO GEORGE A. FULLER
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR THE ERECTION OF AN
OFFICE BUILDING AS SET FORTH HEREIN.
WHEREAS, by an amendment to the City Building Code, it is
provided that in the erection and construction of buildings to
a greater height than 125 feet, or 10 stories, it shall be ne*
cessary to submit plans and specifications for such building to
the Building Inspector and the Director of Public Service for ex-
amination, and upon proper recommendation from said officials,
the City Commission may authorize the issuance of a Special Build-
ing Permit and,
WHEREAS, George A. Fuller Construction Company have submitted
plans and specifications for the erection of an office building to
be located on the North part of Lots 11 and 12, Block 117 North,
to a height of 178 feet or 15 stories, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has submitted his writ-
ten approval of the plans and specifications for said building,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI: That the Building Inspector be, and he is hereby, au-
thorized and directed to issue a special building permit to George
A. Fuller Construction Company for the erection and construction
of the said office building.
