A SOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION ORDfw

WHEREAS, The City Commission at a meeting held at 9:00
o'clock A. Y., August 4th, 1925, after legal notice, hear& all
objections presented by interested person to the oonfirmation .
of Resolution 2050, ordering Storm Sewer Improvement 145,. and
no objection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CI-
TY OF MIAMI: That the said resolution No. 2050, ordering Storm
Sewer Improvement 145 be, and the same is hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of August, A. D. 1925.
