WHEREAS, the City Comaision at a meeting heldat 9:001
o'clock A. X., August 4th, 1925, after legal notioe, heart all
objections presented by interestspersons to the confirmation
of Resolution No. 2047, ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 142,
andno objeotion was sustainedi,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CI-
TY OF MIAMI; That the said. Resolution No. 2047, ordering Sani-
tary Sewer Improvement 142 be, and the same is hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of August, A. D. 1925.
