1 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PAYING OF SW 14TH
AVM!, FROM SW 8TH TO SW 13TH STREET, TO A
WIDTH 0F 60 FEET.
WHEREAS, under Contraot Pv64, Distriot H-250, with Morgan -
Hill Paving Company SW 12th Avenue, from SW 8th Street to SW 13th
Street was to have been paved. to a width of forty-six feet from
curb, and
WHEREAS, the majority of the property owners on said 12th
Avenue between the points named have expressed their desire to
have said Avenue paved to a width of 60 feet from curb to curb
and have filed instruments waiving any irregularity or illegal-
ity in connection therewith, and
WHEREAS, the Commission deems it advisable to pave said
Avenue, between the points named, to a width of sixty feet in-
stead of forty-six feet,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CI=
TY OF MIAMI:
That the paving of SW 12th Avenue, between SW 8th Street and SW
13th Street, be increased from the width of forty-six feet to
the width of sixty feet and the Acting City Manager is hereby
authorized to direct the Morgan -Hill Paving Company, contractors
for the work, to proceed with the paving of said Avenue to the
width of sixty feet from curb to curb.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of August, 1925.
