RESOLUTION NO. 2076.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUIREMENT BY
EMINENT DOMAIN FOR STREET PURPOSES OF THE CITY OF
MTAltII FLORIDA, OF THE PROPERTY IN SAID CITY
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Miami acquire and
own for Street purposes the following described property:
Lot Forty-seven (47) and Lot Forty' -eight (48) of Mary Brickell
Subdivision, Miami North, according to the plat thereof re-
corded in Plat Book RBR of Plats at Page 9 of the Public Re-
cords of Dade County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI:
Section 1. That the said land hereinafter described and set
forth in this resolution is necessary ilimmeeeelwspr and should be
acquired for street purposes, to -wit:
Lot Forty-seven (47) and Lot Forty-eight (48) of Mary Briakell
Subdivision, Miami North, according to the plat thereof re-
corded in Plat Book "B" of Plats at Page 9 of the Public Re-
cords of Dade County, Florida;
Section 2. That the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, au-
thorizted. and directed to institute the necessary Regal pro-
ceedings on behalf of the City of Miami to acquire by eminent
domain the following described property in the City of Miami,
to -wit:
Lot Forty-seven (47) and Lot Forty-eight (48) of Mary Briekell
Subdivision, Miami North, according to the plat thereof re-
corded in Plat Book "B" of Plats at Page 9 of the Public Re-
cords of Dade County, Florida.
The above and foregoing is necessary and should be acquired
for street purposes by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 4th day of August, A. D. 1925.
