BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY 0F.
MIAMI:
That the "errantly Deed of R. M. Gaventa and Flor-
enoe Jean Gaventa, his wife, conveying to the City of
Miami, Florida, the South Eight (8) feet of Lot Seven-
teen (17) of Block Thirty-eight (38) North of said Ci-
ty, for street widening purposes on North Eighth Street
be, and the same is hereby, aooepted by the City of
Miami.
Pabded and Adopted this 4th day of August, A. D.
1925.
