BE IT RESOLVED by the Commissiol of the City of Miqmi: t
City Manager be, and he is hereby, authprized and directed to e
ecute a deed, for'and On behalf of the City of Maud, conveying
the following described property to S. R. Inch, to -wit:
That part of the Z of the Els: of the NW* of the SWI of Section,
18,'Twp. 53 South, Rge. 41 East, Dade County, Florida, ly-
ing North of the North line of Eighth St, the said North line
produced westwardly, said Eighth Street being defined on plit'
of the town of Hialeah as recorded in Plat Book 5 at page 77
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, said tract con-
tains 2.38 acres, more or less.
upon the condition that the Miami Studios Incorporated sonstey to the
City of Mia:ai the following aescribed property to -wit:

agreeing that it will protect und save the City of Miami, its successors
