BE IT RESOLVED BY THE 0014LISSION OF THE OTTY OF ILIAMIt- •
1. That the offer of Wilson & Toomer Fertilizer Company
o sell
the following described property, to -wit:
Beginning at a point Forty (40) feet, more or less, South
of the Southeast corner of Lot One (1),1 Block One Hundred
Thirty-seven (137) North, City of Mlami, Florida, accord-
ing to plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book "B", page 41 of
the public records of Dade County, Florida, and on the East
property line of said lot produced. Run South Eighty (80)
feet, more or less, to the South line of*Lot Two (2) of Pow-
ell -McDonald WareHouse Subdivision. Thence East along said
South line of Lot Two (2), Forty-six and five -tenths
(46.5) feet, more or less to Southeast corner of said Lot
Two (2). Thence north ulong east line of Lots One (1) and
Two (2), Eighty (80) feet, more or less, to Northeast cor-
ner of Lot (1). Thence "lest along the North line of Lot
One (1), Forty-six and five -tenths (46.5) feet to point of
beginning,
at and for the sum of .58,125.00, together with the sun of t2,500.00

2. That the City Uaneozer be, and he is hereby, authorized and
directed to purchase, for and on behalf of the suid City, the proper-
ty described above for street purposes of the said City.
3. That the said tot!.1 sum of 60,525.00 be, and the same is
hereby, ordered L)bid fror. t']e Bond Fund for "Street Mdeni g Purposes".
