NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED D by the Commission of the

1: That the City :.ianage r be, and he is hereby, author-
, ized and directed to secure competitive bids for the construc-
tion of three steel warehouses on the north side of the north
slip at the Municipal Docks, according to the plans and speci-
fications on file in the office of the City Manager and the
Director of Public SerT.ice.
2: That the City Manager is hereby authorized, upon
receipt and tabulation of the said bids, to enter into con-
tract, for and on behalf of the Cit;,- of Miami with the low-
est and best bivaer for the work.
