WHEREAS, the Commission pf the City of M44014!10144
on the 2nd day of June, 1925, pursuant to the notice of eaid'Mee
ing unaer Section 56, of the City Cherter, to hear a1l'wxttten'tili4
jeotions to the confirmation of the preliminary assessment rolls for
the cost of work under Sanitary Sewer Improvement -Nos. '494,99:
and 101 by any person whose property is aescribed herein in 004d.
roll, and
WHEREAS, the Commission having received no written ObjeCtiens-.„
the confirmation of the said assessment rolls.
NOW,
of Miami:
THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED by the Commisssion of the City ,-
1: That the prima facie assessments, as indicated on said Pre-
liminary Assessment Roll be, and they are hereby, in all things con-
firmed and sustained aginst any and all lots or parcels of ground
describing therein.
2: That the eume and amounts against each of the lots or par-
cels of ground in said Preliminary Assessment Rolls are less than the'
amount that each of said lots or parcels of gound is benefited by
said improvement and that ouch amounts are in proportion to the special
bene4"14's that the property received and that the proportion of said
coEt to be paid by said City of !M.:am/ on account of Highway intersec-
tion is tree sum set opposite to the same herein.
:5: That the total cost of the said improvements be, and the same
are hereby, approved and confirmed.
4: Th.:t ten (10) days ater date of thisconfirmation of said

tor of Finance,' ena the Director of Finance is hereby ordered, thirty
