9,100,00 at Jacksonvilie, Florida, and reoommende the

WHEREAS, it is deemed adviseable to purchase the
lighters, the purohase price thereof and the cost of towi
same to Miami to be paid from the Harbor Bond fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission Of
City of Miami: That the purchase of the three said barges at.
and for the sum of 39,100.00 at Jacksonville, Florida, be and
is hereby, authorized and the purchase price together with the
towing charges, aggregating 310,100., shall be paid from the
Harbor Bond Fund.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of June, A. D. 1925.
