oonatruotion of certain additional sewers ender oontradt�
with J. J. Quinn Company, designated Contract Sr-43, for -
the purpose of relieving the flooded condition of certain
downtown streets, and
WHEREAS, it is the sense of the. Commission that the
work should be done,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission or
the City of Miami:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,authoris-
ed and directed to take the necessary steps to provide
for the construotion of sewers as recommended by the Direc-
tor of Publio Service under the contract with J. J. Quinn
Company, designated Contract Sr. 43, at an additional oost
of approximately 430,000.00.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of May , 925.
