ASSESSMENTS AGAINST THE FLORIDA EAST COAST.
RAILWAY OOM2 iNY FOE YAYING UNDER 1Mk(UYEMENT
NO. H-231.
WHEREAA, it appears that the assessment roll for paving
improvements in .istriot H-231 was prepared and confirmed be-
fore the adtual Construction of pavement, and
WHEREAS, The Florida East Coast Railway Comapny requested
.that the City eliminate the paving between their rails on NW Pith
and NW14th streets, which request was allowed, and the railroad"
company permitted to plank the said two orossings, and
WHEICEA6, it is proper that the assessment against the said
company be reduced,

City of Miami: That the assessment against the Florida East Coast
Railway Company for paving improvements under ' Highway improvement
No. 231, be, and the same is hereby, reduced from the sum of
?i955.78 to the sum of §563.02, a net reduction of §392.76, and the
Director of i'inanoe is hereby directed to stow ti:e sLid reduction
