BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Yiali:
That the following improvement, designate& Sanitary Sewer ist-
provement No. 136, be made under Seotion 66, City Charter,Y
and that epeoial assessments be wade therefor against property
liable, designated Diatriot 3r-135, and that the City Manager
shall prepare and file plans, speoifioations and an estimate
of cost pursuant to said 3eotion.
A 12' Terra Gotta Sanitary Sewer at or near the center
line of N. W. 6th Street from N. W. 14th Avenue to N. W. 15th
Avenue, with construotion of neoesaary manholes and appurten-
ances and 520 lineal feet of 6" Terra Cotta Lateral Connections
to the following properties:
Lawrence Estate:
Block 35, Lots 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20.
Block 38, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10.
