DISTRICT SR-152. INTERCEPTING SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1E2..
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Mend:
That the following improvement, designated Intercepting &irii-
tdry Sewer Improvement No. 132, be made under Section 56i City
Charter, and that special assessments be made therefor against`'
property liable, designated District Sr-132, and that thi City
Manager shall prepare and file plans, specifications and an
estimate of cost pursuant to said Section..
A 45" Vitrified, or its equivalent, Intercepting Sani-
tary Sewer, 45 feet, more or less, East of West line of Bay -
shore Drive, from N. E. 8th Street to 130 feet, more or less,
North of 9th Street, with construction of necessary manholes,
appurtenances and connections to existing Sanitary Sewers.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of May, A. D. 1925.
