DISTRICT SR-129. INTERCEPTING SANITARY SEWER IMPR
BE' IT RESOLVED by -the oomthiseion` of the City of Mi inii
.That the. following improvement, designated Interoe,p;
Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 129, be made under Seotion 56,
City Cherter, and that special assessments be made'therifb3 t�
gainst property liable, designated District Sri129, and thtt;the
City Manager shall prepare and file plans, epeaificatiofe and an
estimate of cost pursuant to said 'Section.
A 36" Vitrified, or its equivalent, Intercepting Sanitary
Sewer, 45 feet, more or less, East of the West line of Bay Share
Drive, from N. E. Third Street to N. E. Fourth Street: and from
a point 130 feet, more or less, North of N. E. Ninth Street to
N. E. loth Street, with construction of necessary manholes, appur-
tenances and connections to existing Sanitary Sewers.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14 day of May, A. D. 1925:
