BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of theCity of Miti►i:
That the following improvement, designated improvement-:Nb.
127, be made under Section 56, City Cherter, and that apeolai
abatements be mace therefor against property liable, designated
District Sr-127, and that the City Manager shall prepare and
file plans, specifications -and an estimate of cost pureuent t0..
said Section.
An 18" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer approximately three'(3)
feet north of the south property line of N. W. 29th Street, from
N. W. 5th Avenue to N. W. 7th Avenue, with construction of Necessary
stub extensions at street intersections, necessary manholes and
appnrtenances.
