BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City
That the folloWing improvement, designated Sanitary -Sewer_..;:

that special assessments be made therefor against property liable,
designated District Sr-124, and that the City Manager shall pre-
pare and file plans, specifications and an estimate of oost pur-
suant to said Section.
a 12" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer at or near the center line
of N.W. 7th Ave. from N.W. kjat Terrace to N. W. 23rd St. with.
construction of necessary manholes and appurtenances and 729 Lineal
ft. of 4" Cast Iron lateral conne0tions to connect said sewer to
the following lots and parcels;
NORTH WSET SEV TH AV.NUE ADDITION, Block 1,.ots 1,2,6,4,5,6 and 7.
NORTH WEST SEVENTH AVENUE ADDITION, Blook 2,hots 1,2,3,4,5,6 and 7.
JEFERSON PARK, Block 1, Lots 18,14,15,16,16, 16 and 19.
Bohemia Park, Block 1, Lots 1 and 8.
N/4 of NE/4 of SE/4 of SE/4 of Section 26, Township 63, Range 41.
