and that special assessments be made therefor against proper,

shall prepare and file plans, specifioations.and an estimate .of
cost pursuant to said Section.
East Bay Shore Drive, from N. E. 5th.St. to Municipal.Rai1-
way, is to be improved by the construo ion of two 40' drives ex-
tending from curb to curb. Constructing a concrete curb 6" wide
and 14" deep and a concrete gutter 18" wide and 7}" deep on both
sides of each urive. Constructing sheet asphalt pavement 3" thick
upon a foundation of local pit rock not less than 8" thick, or
Lentuc0 Rook Asphalt pavement 1" thick upon a foundation of
local pit rook not less than 9*" thick. Constructing the necessary
catch basins and connecti..ns to sewers.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th aey of May, A. D. 1925.
