That the following improvement, designated Highway Imp
provement No. 264, be made under section 66, City Charter,
and that special assessments be made therefor against property
liable, designated District H-264. and that the City Manage
spell prepare and file plans, specifications and an estimate 0
ooet pursuant to said Section:
N. W. 7th Avenue from llth Street to City Limits is to be
improved by gardeing thereof between curbs. Constructing Con-
crete curb 6" deep and a concrete gutter 18" wide and 7" d
on both sines of street. Constructing sheet asphalt paveme3"
thick upon a foundation of local pit rock not less than 8" thick,
or Kentucky Hock Asphalt pavement 1" thick upon a foundation of
local pit rock not leas
