ASSESSMENT ROLLS FOR CERTAIN WORK AND AUTHOR..
IZNG THE PUBLICATION OF NOTICE FOR OBJECTIONS
TO THE CONFIRMATION THEREOF.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami:
1: That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, directed
to make and file with the City Clerk a preliminary assesEmetil-:
roll for the oost of improvements made in Sanitary Sewer 11M1,
provement Districts Nos. 98, 99, 100 and 101.
2: That upon the filing of said preliminary assessment
rolls the City Clerk is hereby authorized and direoted to canoe
notice to be given, in accordance with Section 56 of the City
Charter, that at a meeting of the Commission of the City of Miami
to be held on the 2nd day of June, 1926, any person whose prop-
erty is described in said preliminary assessment rolls amy appear
ana file written objections to the confirmation of said rolls.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of May, A. D. 1925.
