ENTER INTO AN AGR/EMENT WITR ARTHUR ?RYOR'OR
MUSICAL CONCERTS AS SET FORTH HEREIN.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City' oflit
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorised and
direEted to enter into a contract, for and on behalf of the
City of Miami, with Arthur Pryor, for musical converts Lo-

be rendered in the City of Miami commenoine December 6th;
1925, and ending April loth, 1926, in aocordanoe with the
provisions of the said contract as set forth more fully there•
in , for the consideration df $45,450.00, payable in weekly
installments in the amount of $2,525.00 per week.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th aay of May, A. D. 1925.
