RHZRSA3, it appears that certain notes given the City
of Miami by J. P. Challis, R. W. YeLendon, J. T. Blackmon and
J. P. Pink in the suss of $500.00, 1012.50, $782.80 and
$1012.60, respectively, and due January lst, 1923, January l2th,
1923, January 13th, 1923, and January lath, 1923, respectively,
have not been paid, and
WHEREAS, it is the sense of the Commission of the City of
Miami that steps should be taken to collect the said notes,
NOW, THRRRPORB, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
City of Miami:
That the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorised
and direoted to notify the makers of the notes set forth above
to pay same and in the event the said notes are not paid within
0
thirty days from the date of suoh notice he is hereby authorised
and directed to institute the neoesaary and proper legal pro-
ceedings to oolleot same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of April, A. D. 1926.
