A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PAIMINT
OP THE BILL IN THE SUR OP $300.00 POR
AROADING THE BUILDING SITUATED ON LOT
18 OP BLOCK 47 SOUTH.
WHEREAS, in the widening of S. W. 8th Street it
was necessary to either move or arcade the building
situated on Lot 18 of Blook 47 South, and
WHEREAS, the deed dedicating a portion of said
lot for street purposes oontained a recital that the
Oity would bear the expense of moving or aroading the
building so situated, and
WHEREAS, the said building has been aroaded at
an expense of $300.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission
of the City of Miami: That the Director of Finance be,
and he is hereby, authorized and direoted to pay said
bill in the sum of $300.00 from the bond funds for street
widening purposes.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2lst day of April, A. D.
1925.
